Joy Nichelle Randall is an experienced entrepreneur and influencer based in North Carolina. She is a licensed cosmetologist & has a degree in Mass Communications & Electronic Media from North Carolina A&T State University. She spent much of her career in the beauty and fashion industry as a professional makeup artist, under her brand, Flawless Makeup Art. It was this career path that allowed her to explore all of her skills in beauty expertise, public speaking and becoming an advocate for Self Care and personal development.
